Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please note that during high demand seasons, sales periods, or unexpected circumstances, processing times may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (UAE)
We currently offer delivery across the United Arab Emirates.

• Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days after order processing.
• Express Delivery (Dubai only): Same day or next business day delivery (additional charges may apply).

International Shipping
We also ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination country.

• Standard International Delivery: 7–14 business days after order processing.
• Express International Delivery: 3–7 business days after order processing.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SLN Collection is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by your country’s customs office. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking numbers to become active.

Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Customs clearance
• Force majeure events (weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, etc.)

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
SLN Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. However, if your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@slncollection.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
