At SLN Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, with tags and labels still attached.
- Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size (subject to stock availability).
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first at info@slncollection.com.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@slncollection.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary.
